These Terms & Conditions apply to the £500 Referral Reward Program (“Program”) offered by Sam Waite Kitchens.

1. Eligibility

The Program is open to individuals aged 18 years or older. Employees, contractors, and direct family members of Sam Waite Kitchens are not eligible.

2. How to Refer

To make a valid referral, you must submit the referral form with both your details and the referred customer’s details before the referred customer has made any direct contact with Sam Waite Kitchens.

3. Successful Referral Definition

A referral is deemed successful when:

• The referred customer makes the full deposit payment to Sam Waite Kitchens.

• The total project value is a minimum of £8,000 (including VAT).

• Full deposit payment for the project has been received.

4. Referral Reward

For each successful referral, the referrer will receive a £500 reward via bank transfer. Rewards will be processed and paid within 30 days of Sam Waite Kitchens receiving the full deposit payment.

5. Limits and Exclusions

• You cannot refer yourself, your own property, or your own business.

• Only the first referrer who submits a referral for a particular customer will be eligible for the reward.

• Referrals submitted after initial contact has been made with the potential customer are not eligible for the reward.

• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make.

6. Tax Implications

Any tax liability arising from receipt of the referral reward is the sole responsibility of the referrer.

7. Program Changes

Sam Waite Kitchens reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice. Any referrals submitted before the date of termination will be honoured according to these Terms.

By participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
